An Invitation to Impact our Next Generation.
We’re seeking a NextGen Pastor to equip and disciple leaders who will, in turn, lead and grow our ministries for children, youth, and young adults. We’re not looking for someone to run programs. We’re looking for a leader of leaders. This role is all about multiplication: raising teams of volunteers and leaders who disciple the next generation so that when families PCS and move across the globe, they carry the fire of disciple-making with them.
Get to know us
Waypoint Christian Church is an international, English-speaking church in the heart of the Kaiserslautern Military Community. Every week, hundreds gather from across the world—mostly military families and some internationals—all longing for authentic community and a place to grow in faith. Our heartbeat is simple: We radiate God’s love by making disciples who make disciples.

In addition to thriving ministries, we have two services on Sunday mornings and promote active Life Group participation weekly. Our church is seeking a strategic leader who will shape the spiritual direction of the next generation.
This is not a program manager position, and we are not looking for someone to simply run events. Waypoint is already blessed with committed leaders who passionately serve in each NextGen area (Kids, Students, and Young Adults). The NextGen Pastor will oversee ministries, build and equip teams, and ensure Waypoint’s vision, mission, and Disciple-Making Pathway remain at the center of everything within their oversight.
