By signing this covenant, I affirm that:

• I will adhere to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

• I agree with the statements in the Partnership Covenant.

• I willingly agree to any necessary background check.

• I have read and will comply with the Church constitution and by-laws.

I understand that my commitment begins upon signing this document on  (Date) and continues until I leave Waypoint or receive disciplinary action from Church Leadership. I agree with all the statements above and will strive for excellence in both my personal and ministry life.
